Dissimilar approaches and methods for the Romanization of Arabic exist. They differ in the way that they address the intrinsic problems of depiction written and spoken Arabic in the Latin script. Examples of such evils are the cipher for Arabic phonemes that do not exist in English or other European languages; it’s means that representing the Arabic definite article, which is always spelled the similar way in written Arabic but has many pronunciation in the verbal language depending on context; and the symbol of short vowels (usually i u or e o, secretarial for variation.
