Psalms

The Book of usually referred to just as Psalms or “the Psalms” the first book of the Ketuvim also “Writings”, the third part of the Hebrew Bible, and the book of the Christian Old Testament. The name is resulting from the Greek translation, meaning “active music” by extension, “the words additional the music.” The book is an anthology of person psalms, with the 150 in the Jewish and Western Christian custom and more Eastern Christian churches. Many of the psalms are connected name of King David, though his authorship is not conventional by some recent Bible scholars.
