Laylat al-Qadr variously render in English as the Night of declarationNight of authorityNight of ValueNight of luck, or Night of Measures, is the Islamic belief the night the first verse in the Quran were open to the Islamic prophet Muhammad. It is one of the odd  nights last ten days of Ramadan. Muslims consider that on this night the blessings and pity of Allah are profuse, sins are forgive, supplications are established, and that the annual decree is show to the angels who also go down to earth.
